Brooch works with landowning families across Nigeria to turn idle land into finished property. The landowner doesn’t sell, doesn’t fund construction, and doesn’t manage it. We take on properties in areas where there’s clear demand but nobody building to meet it.
Once we commit to a property, delivery is our job: design, permits, construction, and quality control through to completed, sellable units.
We are privately held and partner selectively. We currently operate in Kano, Abuja, Lagos, and Port Harcourt.
