What Brooch is
A property company that begins with the decision, not the listing.
Most property services begin when a transaction is already in motion. We work differently. Brooch starts by asking what the person is actually trying to accomplish — and whether property is the right mechanism to accomplish it.
We work with individuals, families, businesses and landowners across four areas: understanding existing property assets, sourcing and executing acquisitions, positioning and marketing development projects, and structuring land joint ventures.
We are registered in Nigeria under CAC RC 9006316 and based in Kano, operating selectively across Nigeria.
Clarity before advice
A recommendation only makes sense when the existing situation is clearly understood. We spend more time gathering facts than offering opinions.
Disclosed interests
Where Brooch has a financial interest in a transaction, we say so. A commission does not make an unsuitable property suitable.
Coordinated execution
Property decisions may require multiple professionals. Brooch assembles and coordinates them so the work does not fall apart between different parties.
Honest qualification
We will tell a client when we are not the right fit. An engagement that should not proceed rarely improves by proceeding.
